Lauren is the owner of Charlotte Lifestyle Management Co.™, bringing professional personal assistant and household management services to busy families across Charlotte’s Urban Core, South Charlotte, Lake Norman, and surrounding communities.
With more than twenty years in financial services – including Chief of Staff and Managing Director roles, Lauren built her career creating structure and clarity for complex operations. She launched her own home organization company in 2025 after seeing how transformative true household support could be for local families. Today, she helps households in Dilworth, Myers Park, Ballantyne, Matthews, Huntersville, Davidson, and throughout the 30-mile Charlotte radius simplify, declutter, and reclaim time for what matters most.
Lauren offers comprehensive household management: home and personal organization, moving services, second home oversight, errand running, routine home maintenance, seasonal resets, holiday prep, and event planning. Her approach blends strategic organization with refined style and a calming presence—transforming chaos into clarity and creating homes throughout Charlotte that feel lighter and easier to manage.
